Our history

The company Green Med was born from a simple idea but full of meaning, driven by a clear vision and a strong desire to actively participate in agricultural development. Thanks to a constant commitment, recognized expertise and a sustainable growth strategy, Green Med has gradually evolved to become today one of the most influential and respected companies, not only at the national level, but also on a regional scale, in West Africa and in the Sahelian zone.

Since its creation, Green Med’s mission has been to support agricultural project leaders in the sustainable success of their farms by combining technical expertise, innovation and respect for the environment. Thanks to a multidisciplinary team, passionate and committed, we have been able to develop solutions adapted to the specific needs of each client, while enhancing the agricultural potential of the Moroccan territory.

Green Med has adopted three human capital management solutions to suit the needs of its team:

Coaching

Green Med offers their team, team-coaching sessions to challenge their usual ways of operating and improve their performance.

Team Building

Every year, Green Med organizes a 5-6 day team trip to improve communication, strengthen group cohesion and the spirit of belonging to the company, defuse conflicts and boost individual and collective motivation.

English workshop

Green Med provides its team with a continuous training program for learning English.

Each member of our team has a solid professional experience as well as a deep and detailed understanding of our clients’ expectations, their sector-specific issues and strategic objectives. Thanks to this expertise, we are able to offer personalized, relevant and sustainable solutions, adapted to each situation.

In addition to our internal technical team, Green Med also relies on an extensive network of external collaborators, composed of confirmed experts and promising young talents from various complementary disciplines.
